Club Donates to Medecins San Frontieres

"Do You want to stay mentally active? Do you want to be able to concentrate and focus over  an extended period of time?

Members of the Bungendore Bridge want to and practice the skills of reasoning, memory and planning for three hours each week.

It all began in early 2002 when bridge lessons were first organized in Bungendore.

Now the Club meets at the Bungendore Community Centre on Wednesday evenings from 7 - 10pm."

2023 Annual General Meeting

The Bungendore Bridge Club held their AGM on December 15th 2023 at the School of Arts Bungendore.

Margaret Gilligan, President, reported that in the last year, the Club had relocated to the Bungendore School of Arts building, due mainly to the increased cost of the Council Community Hall. QPRC had also flagged their intention to close the Community Hall in the future.

2022 Xmas Party

25 people turned up for the Bungendore Bridge Club Xmas party, to enjoy the food and wine and drinks. To gather together and bemoan the past year of 2022. Better than 2021, we are now playing face to face again, with most Covid-19 restrictions gone, but we are still using the bidding boxes. Some of us miss the larger table size, introduced to maintain social distancing, somehow there seemed more room for pens, coffee cups, elbows and so on
