Bungendore Bridge Club AGM 2025

The Bungendore Bridge Club held it’s AGM on Wednesday 12the November. 

After the Minutes from the previous AGM (2024) were read and approved, the President, Angela McGill, gave the President’s Report.

This stated that a questionnaire regarding a possible extra daytime playing session for members if they were interested, was circulated via email. This would be in addition to the Wednesday Evening and Saturday Morning sessions. The result was split between Thursday and Tuesday mornings. Thursday mornings were not available at the Art School and it was felt that operating at the Community Hall, whilst possible, was not practical. The numbers were low for Tuesday morning, so it was decided the Committee would investigate the Monday Group, to see if that could be expanded or integrated better into the Club.

The Treasurer reported that there was a slight increase in member numbers and good turnouts for the Saturday morning sessions, leaving the Club in a good financial position.

The Reports having been accepted, the meeting moved on to the election of officers.

The existing Committee were re-elected with the addition of Judith Miller to the Committee.
